Development

BeFrank, a subsidiary of NN, was previously located in the Mondriaan Tower in Amsterdam. In preparation for a move to the adjacent Toorop Building, where NN occupies multiple departments, several adjustments have been made at the new location in line with other renovation projects undertaken by NN.

Building function

The wing is divided into Club Frank and Park Frank. Club Frank is designed for social interaction, equipped with amenities such as a lounge, seating area, and yoga space. Park Frank is furnished with workstations and individual work and call booths. With this setup, BeFrank is well-prepared for hybrid working.

Details

The sustainability ambitions for the project NN Workspace 2020 in The Hague and Rotterdam have been carried through here. This can be seen, for example, in the skai leather benches that have been repainted with CooLoo, recycled denim, and recycled wine corks. A mosaic has been made from remnants of blue-toned carpet material. Additionally, the employees of BeFrank have contributed by turning in old jeans, which have been used to upholster the stools.
