Hybrid way of working

As the way we work changes, the workplace must change with it. This may also have housing implications in your organization. Our consultants will help you find the solutions that are the best fit for your work processes.

In workshop form (with management and end users involved) we do the first exploration with our methodology Mens@Werk. In doing so, we named some committed employees as ambassadors of the new work environment.

We dwell on all relevant questions, such as:

  • How do we work now?
  • What is the occupancy rate of the work environment?
  • When are work processes optimally designed?
  • For example, what role is there for ICT and other facilities
  • How do we want people to be able to move around a building?
  • How do we ensure that there is space for all functions, such as meeting, collaborating, consulting and sharing knowledge?
This is followed by a design of the physical environment, layout and layout and everything that goes with it, including digitization/ICT, catering and security. Inform and enthuse employees about the new work environment, ensure support for “their” work environment. Our consultants provide complete and practical advice and supervise implementation.
