A working day is successful for me when good progress has been made. That progress can relate to the project objective, but also to collaboration or personal development of myself, another team member or as a team. A successful workday is also a workday in which there has been laughter. Discussions can be sharp. You should be able to disagree with each other and discuss it without getting into an argument. In the most successful case, finish the conversation with a smile. The work of a project manager often comes with a healthy dose of pressure, but I enjoy getting results then.
The building is like a coat in accordance with the Program of Requirements
Better buildings are primarily suitable for the function for which they are constructed. The building is like a jacket in accordance with the Program of Requirements. Because of the architecture chosen and the functional incorporation of the PoR, the building inspires and is pleasant to use.
Better buildings are also flexible in their design and can transform to another function during their lifetime. A better building does not require or supply energy, building materials are sustainably produced, recycled. The better building is built as demountable as possible and possesses a database of the products and materials used that can thus be given a new use after its end of life.
