After studying construction engineering, I gained experience at different types of companies and within various roles. Thus, I have experienced the real estate industry from various perspectives. Thanks to this experience, I know that I am in place in the role of construction manager. At Stevens Van Dijck, I therefore enjoy working on a variety of projects.
Looking critically at the work process
The versatility of the construction manager’s work energizes me, and my broad background comes in handy. I always look critically at the work process and like to think about improvements to it. It gives me satisfaction when we, as a team, can bring a project to completion and the client is satisfied.
For me, a collaboration is successful when each party involved goes the extra mile for the client.
