What gives you satisfaction in your work?
Working in a team with diverse people and various disciplines makes the work as a project manager enjoyable and challenging To align the interests and opinions of all these parties, close collaboration and frequent coordination are necessary. It is important that parties start trusting each other and truly understand each other’s motives and interests. These are important conditions to achieve an optimal result for the client. I see creating this atmosphere within a team as an important task for me as a project manager
What do you think is the most important characteristic of a collaboration that runs smoothly?
Respect and trust for each other always ensure a smooth collaboration. I find it important to be consciously aware of these characteristics within a team.
