What is the biggest challenge for you in your work?
Mijn grootste uitdaging in de bouwwereld ligt in mijn streven naar snellere, slimmere en creatievere werkwijzen, in een sector die vaak vasthoudt aan traditionele processen. De confrontatie met de gevestigde orde en weerstand tegen verandering vraagt om overtuigingskracht en het vermogen om de meerwaarde van innovatie duidelijk te communiceren. Mijn ambitie is niet alleen om de efficiëntie te vergroten, maar ook om een cultuur van echt fijn samenwerken, verbeteren en creativiteit te stimuleren, en zo de bouwsector naar een nieuw tijdperk te leiden.
What do you consider the most important characteristic of a collaboration that runs smoothly?
My greatest challenge in the construction industry lies in my pursuit of faster, smarter, and more creative approaches in a sector that often adheres to traditional processes. Confronting established practices and resistance to change requires persuasion and the ability to clearly communicate the added value of innovation. My ambition is not only to increase efficiency but also to foster a culture of genuine collaboration, improvement, and creativity, leading the construction sector into a new era.
