What makes a collaboration successful for you?
For me, a successful collaboration primarily involves clear communication, with openness and transparency at the core of understanding and trust within a team. This is not only the essence of effective collaboration, but also creates an environment where diverse perspectives are freely exchanged. This creates a synergistic interplay in which each team member combines their unique contribution with others, resulting in a joint effort to achieve the best result.
What, in your opinion, is the hallmark of better buildings?
The hallmark of better buildings, for me, lies in a harmonious balance between functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. A well-thought-out design that not only supports the current needs of users but is also flexible enough to adapt to future requirements defines the quality of a building for me.
