What is the biggest challenge for you in your work?
Ensuring that the processes related to people, colleagues, run smoothly. Being a sparring partner to initiate and optimize internal processes and then closely examining the core business together: creating better buildings for the customer and leveraging the strong competencies and skills of colleagues.
What do you consider the most important characteristic of a collaboration that runs smoothly?
For me, two characteristics are important for good collaboration: trust and communication. When these are present, wonderful things can happen!
