Technical Advisor Due Diligence

You advise clients on acquisition, sale, maintenance, preservation, risk and strategy. So: you have a sense of the environment you are in. This means you must have an affinity for the following work:

  • The technical consultant (medior) is able to recognize and address defects and risks to (maintenance of) buildings and technical installations and to trace causes;
  • Can clearly distinguish main and secondary issues and report accordingly;
  • Can strategically advise clients such as investors and investors on these matters;
  • Contracting installation consultants to commission opinions on condition, defects and risks in the field of technical installations;
  • Directing the installation consultant in the process so that the intended results are achieved;
  • Has good knowledge of laws and regulations (Building Code, Use Code, Permits);
  • Maintains contact with client representative;
  • Checking and compiling quotes to customers;
  • Prepare and present maintenance recommendations and strategies to the client;
  • Prepare, monitor and communicate schedules and budget estimates;
  • And have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing.
