Vacancy

Starting project manager

What are you going to do?

As a starting project manager, you will immediately start working on our beautiful and challenging construction projects. You will form a team with one or more colleagues in which you support the senior project manager in various tasks. This way, you will get acquainted with all aspects of the construction process, from initiation to realization. You will have a lot of room for initiative, and we encourage you to think about process improvements. Due to the combination of the diversity in our projects and your enthusiastic, driven attitude, you will quickly grow into the role of project manager.

What do you bring?

Stevens Van Dijck is looking for a committed team player who can work independently within the team. Your curious nature has already led you to browse through the projects on our website, and you get excited about what you see there. Our clients and projects are all unique. Flexibility and strong social skills are therefore important for this position. Finally, a degree in civil engineering at the HBO/WO level is desired.

What do we offer you?

Stevens Van Dijck is a flat and informal organization where you have a lot of freedom to carry out your work in your own way. Of course, this comes with a competitive salary, 30 vacation days (for full-time employment), and a good pension plan.

The Stevens Van Dijck Academy provides training programs given by both colleagues and external trainers. The extensive training program, which focuses on expanding knowledge and personal skills, allows you to work on personal growth together with your colleagues. Additionally, attending other trainings/courses is also possible.

Regularly, fun activities are organized such as drinks, BBQs, the Stevens Van Dijck weekend, and the Christmas/New Year’s event. This makes working at Stevens Van Dijck even more enjoyable.
