What will you do?
Simply put: you ensure that complex, diverse construction projects are brought to a successful conclusion. You do this, of course, with the schedule of requirements under one arm and the frameworks of time and money under the other. You set the course, monitor and adjust where necessary. You identify risks and – thanks to your extensive experience in construction management – are alert to pitfalls. The person who is always flying above the project in a helicopter is you. An important role, in other words. You are not alone. Feel free to draw on the knowledge and expertise of colleagues, such as our senior project managers. That way, everyone gets better every day.
What do you bring?
Responsibility and independence. These two words define this position. As soon as you start a project, you take the reins firmly in hand. You are in charge, while remaining flexible. Both at the start and along the way. Because every project is different.
Communicating with stakeholders, partners and colleagues is second nature to you. Because together with you they get every unique project done. With your excellent social skills and enthusiasm, you have an unerring sense of what a project needs, and you make sure that the right people come together at the right time. You are satisfied when you see that the puzzle is correct. And on to the next challenge!
