For you, what makes a collaboration successful?
I like engineering, construction engineering. That passion allows me to be a good sparring partner for the various disciplines on the team. This stimulates and motivates and gives better buildings.
What do you think is the most important characteristic of a collaboration that runs smoothly?
Within a team, it should be clear who is responsible for what and what products are created. From that starting point, anyone can function. However, a good result can only be achieved when there is an eye for the others on the team, when the fence of responsibility is looked over.
