What do you think is the most important characteristic of a smooth collaboration?
Trust within the project team is an important characteristic for smooth collaboration. Trust must be built in a short period of time, because the composition of a team is different on every project. To create trust in a team, it is good to, share mutual expectations, define the areas of cooperation, the conditions and rules of the game, and how mutual communication is set up. When there is mutual trust it leads to pleasant and successful cooperation and ultimately to a good project result to everyone’s satisfaction.
