Project manager
Simplicity drives flexibility

What difference would you like to make in the world?

I believe the best results are achieved when people truly connect with one another. In my work, I strive to create connections between clients, investors, designers, consultants, end users, and other stakeholders. After all, buildings are ultimately created for people, both directly and indirectly.

That is why I always look for the common interests behind different perspectives. By listening, thinking ahead, bringing structure, and encouraging collaboration, I enjoy contributing to projects that are not only technically and financially sound, but also add value to their surroundings and the people who use them.

What or who inspires you when it comes to your work?

Mies van der Rohe inspires me through his famous principle, “Less is more.” To me, it shows that beauty emerges from simplicity, clarity, and a focus on what truly matters.

In project management, I apply that same mindset by reducing complex challenges to their essence. By creating clarity and removing unnecessary complexity, I help make room for better decision-making and stronger collaboration. Especially in large and demanding projects, this approach helps teams stay on course, maintain quality, and keep sight of the ultimate goal.
