With each project, I try to push my own limits in terms of knowledge and experience. The multidisciplinary nature of my work helps. Every project is unique and requires teamwork. For me, therefore, the art is to bring the various disciplines together and achieve an optimal project result. When this succeeds in good harmony and there is also occasional laughter, it gives me great satisfaction.
Balance between giving and taking
As long as each person involved has a positive feeling about the balance of give and take (which is always part of working together), everyone has been able to enjoy their work and fulfill their personal ambitions, then for me the collaboration has succeeded.
