(Avoid adapting a work environment first and only then looking at what the organization actually needs).

A collaboration is successful when everyone involved, when seeing and experiencing the end result, feels that it was created together and is proud of it together.
What is the biggest challenge for you in your work?
The biggest challenge every time, with every new project, is to empathize with the organization for whom you are working and become part of it. Listening, being positively critical and staying focused on the desired end result is essential in this process. The connection with the client and the team you work with is the most important aspect for the success of the project.
