Anne Lütkenhues

Project Manager
“I love being the link between user organization, designers and executing parties from the first idea to delivery. My positive critical attitude helps me to keep the quality high so that together we can be proud of the result.”

For you, what was one of the better decisions in your life?

One of the better decisions in my life was to study Civil Engineering. As a result, my understanding has grown and I have begun to look more broadly, at the people around me and at the buildings that are there and to come. I would like to be involved in new museum construction again. So when it’s really about architecture with high demands on the quality of the exterior, interior and human experience of the building and object.

Who or what inspires you when it comes to your work?

I get excited by colleagues with endless energy and a positive attitude and by interdisciplinary collaborations that reinforce each other. The most important characteristic of a collaboration that runs smoothly is respect. Then you understand each other and create openness.
