Development

Wigo4it has been working for the social services of the G4 since 2007 to improve services in the areas of work, income and care.
As of October 1, Wigo4it moved to a new location at Koningin Julianaplein in the heart of The Hague. A centrally located office building that meets the needs set by Wigo4it.

Stevens Van Dijck guided Wigo4it from A to Z in this process. A workplace concept was developed, a program of requirements written and a site study conducted. We also managed the design team and supervised implementation. Finally, Stevens Van Dijck supported Wigo4it in the implementation of the new workplace concept.

Building function

This move marks the first step toward flexible working. The new office environment is functional, inspiring and inviting. The important precondition that the new working environment must be efficient has been taken into account because responsible handling of public funds is more important than ever. In the new building, a workplace concept based on activity-related work was developed under the name “The New Performance. More efficient and effective work is promoted. Communication and knowledge sharing will be improved. It supports the desired image to employees, clients and potential employees and fulfills the ambition to create the best possible environment for Wigo4it.

Details

The special feature of the contract is that the investment in the new housing will be earned through savings in square feet of floor space, in rent per square foot and in operating costs. Stevens Van Dijck prepared a Business Case for this and demonstrated what is feasible.
