Oosterheem shopping center Zoetermeer

Development

A new shopping center with housing and a parking garage was built in the Oosterheem neighborhood of Zoetermeer. In this project, ING Real Estate developed the retail portion and the parking garage.

Stevens Van Dijck was responsible for the management of the retail portion and the parking garage.

Building function

The shopping center consists of a retail area with a gross floor area of about 11,000 m², three residential towers with a total of 340 residential units and a parking garage with about 600 to 700 parking spaces. A healthcare complex has been developed on the retail area.

Details

Important in the development of the mall has been the construction of 340 housing units above it. Just as important as the development of the Center Campus in which various facilities such as a library, a gym, a GrandCafé, a community center, a health center and child care, as well as (assisted) living and housing for the elderly have been realized.
