Learn to explore together

Project management is a profession. But aren’t we all, in a way, involved in “managing projects”? How do you handle your project? What does that involve? And what skills are useful?

During one of the Stevens Van Dijck’s training days, we reflected on this. And in a very special place: in the middle of the forest. Project managers, specialists and staff collectively had a very instructive day. Good knowledge on how to approach an assignment, insight into personal styles, and how we can apply this properly. Not to mention a good dose of fun to be able to do this with each other again. We are learning to explore together.

Stevens Van Dijck appears to have a good mix of personalities and management styles. We keep each other focused and with this beautiful mix we can serve all kinds of assignments together.

It turned out to be a day where the focus on theory and practical exercises in the fresh air were perfectly balanced. Thanks to Jöan Boere who kept the energy flowing.
