Stevens Van Dijck is a professional, hands-on, and pro-actively operating firm in the field of Building Management and Consultancy. Established by Cees van Dijck and Paul Stevens in 1992, Stevens Van Dijck offers nation-wide service through its branches in Zoetermeer, Amersfoort and 's Hertogenbosch.

The some 70 employees are educated on higher professional or academic level and are experienced in various disciplines of the building and housing process. This know-how and the project organisation which changes with each project, ensure numerous distinguishing specialties within the team. This joint effort peppered with ambition has provided our clients with the quality they desired for years.

On an international level, Stevens Van Dijck attracts attention through their contribution to the Gardiner & Theobald European Alliance network with branches all over Europe.

Since June 2007, Stevens Van Dijck has established a joint venture with the European-represented firm Watts PLC. Under the name of Watts Consultants BV this joint venture serves the European market for technical Due Diligence for the acquisition and sales of commercial property.

Stevens Van Dijck is certified in accordance with the NEN ISO 9001:2000 standard and member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of the Netherlands (ONRI), the Royal Institution of Engineers in the Netherlands (KIvI), and the Dutch Platform for Building Management (NLPB).
